"After more than twenty-five years of bucking convention, I bring the strategic focus and mature business judgment gained during two decades of diverse management and CEO experience with a variety of entrepreneurial, high-technology and market-making businesses.

I’ve been lucky. I have lead an industrious path through the cycling industry; cutting teeth in retail and at Specialized Bicycles during the adolescence of the mountain bike, launching now legendary products during ten years at premier bicycle component maker Mavic, pioneering power measurement with the birth of the successful Power-Tap, then saving the planet one tune-up at a time at Pedro’s, Inc.

As the CEO of Pedro’s, I created a forward leaning mission, balancing doing well with doing good. This vision chartered Pedro’s to create innovative solutions for cycling through sustainable means, and compelled the team to adhere to a few core principles; profitability, employee well being and compassion, pursue best practices environmentally, and creating only what brings value.

My portfolio of involvements, From DealerCamp to brand coaching, allows me to remain deeply intimate with many facets of cycling. My aim is to bring the value of this contact and the lessons learned to the benefit of your concern." - CPZ May, 2011

When not developing what comes next, I spend my time on one of many bikes, chasing my three children and trying to explain to my lovely, understanding wife what just happened, all from our home in Exeter, New Hampshire, USA.
